With my training in Somatic Experiencing trauma resolution and my background as a yogi, I’ll carefully guide you to connect with the trauma stored in your body, empowering you to release it and step into your true potential.
These sessions help you harness the language of sensation to let go of what no longer serves you and reclaim your inner peace.
Vinyasa Yoga
Join me Tuesday evenings for my Vinyasa Flow Yoga Series. In this one-hour class, I’ll guide you through various poses while you flow your body and connect movement with breath. This mind-body connection helps you stay present, offering relief from the constant chatter of your mind and promoting strength and flexibility.
Each month, I offer a new theme that provides a solid foundation for beginners or a chance to deepen your practice. Invest in yourself for just $55.
